Coach Z; Thanks for the comments in the news. The Memphis tournament was great and Coach Aaron and I are very proud of the way our players conducted themselves and competed. The average GPA for the team is 3.5 with only two players having a GPA of less than 3 (2/7 and 2.8). The Battle of the Bluff is the most competitive tournament we participated in this year and most rewarding for our team. Our victory was big because it allowed us to participate every day of the tournament while 8 of the 24 teams went home after 2 days. Over 100 college scouts and recruiting services were represented and they actually talked to the coaches about the players. Great facilities and an overall memorable experience.

Congratulations to the 11u Lady Select Silver team for coming in third in the nation in the YBOA Nationals in Cocoa Beach, FL.
Congratulations to the 14u Boys White team for coming in third in the nation in the "Best of the South Tournament" in Tampa, FL.
Congratulations to the 10u Boys Silver (AAU Nationals Div II), 10u Boys Black (AAU Nationals Div I), 15u Boys Black (AAU Nationals Div I) and the 17u Boys Black (Battle on the Bluff) for representing the Atlanta Select at these tournaments, providing exposure to our young athletes and having a lot of fun in Cocoa Beach, New Orleans, Cincinnati and Memphis, respectively.
