ATTENTION. Skills Development Training for all ages will be conducted at Carver Bible College this Sunday, October 18, 2009. Ages 8 - 12 will be from 2 - 4 PM. Ages 13 - 17 will be from 4 - 6 PM. Training for the younger group will return to Butler Street YMCA on Sunday, October 25. Please check the "Calendar" for directions. ATTENTION.

We would like to thank all the student athletes and their parents that are attending the Atlanta Select Skills Development training each week. The basketball workout sessions along with the life skills sessions appear to be well received. Several participants have indicated that their basketball skills have improved tremendously in just a month of training. The "life skills" sessions are informative and more student athletes are earning monetary rewards each week. A "shout out" goes to trainee James Cawley for his well written report on the history of basketball and his "highlights" of current events. He has proved that the "most successful people do the things others do not want to do". What Atlanta Select team won the first trophy for the 2009 season? What team won the last? What team won the most? What was the total number of trophies won by Atlanta Select teams?
According to the different "Links" above, What is "Beehive"? What is "Do Something"? What is "AAUBB"? What is "DTLR"?
Be able to answer the above at practice.

I would like to thank all the parents, players and coaches that provided items to the Allen-Williams family that suffered FLOOD damage. The family is extremely appreciative of the kindness provided by the Atlanta Select family. Let's continue to keep the Allen-Williams family in our prayers.
